Roy is one of the pillars at CDS and has been responsible for some of the firm's growth in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and most recently Canada where he is working with CARE Canada on a national major gifts initiative to raise $25 million. Besides his work in Canada regarding a humanitarian organization that fights global poverty, his experience includes schools, dioceses, YMCAs, an aquarium, the Boys and Girls Club of America, and hospitals. Roy is a results-oriented professional with over $250 million of fundraising experience. Combined with his experience traveling around the world for the federal government (and now for CARE Canada), Roy is an unflappable professional who always achieves the greatest possible level of success.
